Allana played for Australia during Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her be absent for a few seasons, before she switched to the Rugby League. Allana was the first to play in a female rugby union match which was held in New South Wales in 2013 and she was the main focus of the match that was played against Queensland. Allana added radio to the repertoire, and she makes frequent appearances in 2GB's Continuous Call Team.
